I find that not matter what I do, I will never be accepted in my chosen profession. I OWN an automotive repair business (YES, all makes and models) and everytime a man (or most women - usually ones that think men know more) walk in my place of business...they ask to speak to the owner...I say that I am; then they ask for the manager or service manager.....Some men just walk in the door, walk out and look for a male mechanic....Some women will talk to me as if I know nothing (even though I explain everything in very easy terms - this is not an insult - just like the doctor's office terms have to be explained and examples given. --NO one person knows every term of every occupation).

In short, no answer is right, but if the women think they are being F*CKED, then they ask my opinion. Society in general needs to realize this, and then we will achieve a LITTLE more equality.

I enjoy working with men, they don't expect as much emotional support from ME (my experience) and do not whine as much, but it does take them longer to accept my expertise.

I have had my BAD experience with both sexes....
My general opinion is EVERYONE needs to get shit or get off the pot!
