I am an intelligent, capable, competent individual who refuses to accept "high-falutin'" paper credentials as a surrogate for results (in both the business world and the personal arena). I refuse to act like a helpless little girl in the work place just to get what I want out of my colleagues - there is no substitute for being grown-up and speaking directly.
