I see so many of my favorite things on this site:

• Intelligent, articulate women
• Bush-bashing
• Straight talk
• Noodly appendages

And none of things that make me ill:

• frilly website wallpaper
• prayer and simpering about how "everything happens for a reason"

I'm Heartless because I gave my heart away in government doing my environmental protection job when that was the last thing the bosses wanted (wink, wink, nudge, nudge), and now for many things I love it's too late -- and I'm pissed! But I still don't give up... guess this makes me a Bitch.

Heartless because I've given my heart to a series of little boys and bad men... But I protect myself and I walk... which apparently makes me a Bitch.

Heartless because I've quit caving in to fellow liberals demanding I "respect" superstition and failed cultures, and a Bitch because I speak out for reason and science.

I'm here to learn more about the other half -- women. Since I was 15 I've been in a relationship or marriage (2 of those) and always working with men, and realize I've neglected half the human race! I'm unredeemingly straight and not giving up on men forever, just craving a nice long break.

But I'm here mostly because I prefer to laugh than cry. (That and I'm stuck indoors with a sports injury for a few weeks).
