Sometimes I feel bad for not being the nice girl anymore more - it passes.

I've been called Heartless and Bitchy more than once because I will not allow myself to be guilt tripped into hostage situations that are masquerading as friendships or relationships.

I was nice and sweet and walked all over when I went with the ingrained emotional response to fix everyone else's problems with a smile.

I like to think now I help others by modelling - as in "If expect me to enable your dysfunction I will model to both yourself and any witnesses how to walk away from someone as idiotic as you."
