I'm a Heartless Bitch because I have no patience for ignorance, delusion, and lack of responsibility. I don't ask more of others than what I would expect from myself; however, I expect a hell of a lot from myself.
Analytical thought comes first with me, and I despise attempts (directed at myself or at others) at emotional manipulation. Emotions are an important part of life as a human being, but there is no use in being a slave to them, and they are not to be used an excuse. I do not believe in free passes for bad behavior at the invocation of words such as "family" or "patriotism" or "God".
I do believe in self-sufficiency and that anyone regardless of gender classification should be able to cook, change a tire, and most importantly, think critically. It pisses me off to no end when people relinquish responsibility for their lives and leave it to others to take care of them, their bills, their children, or their civic responsibility in voting. And then they complain that other people aren't making them happy -- because they shoved off that responsibility, too!
No one is perfect; everyone makes mistakes sooner or later. But I know the difference between making mistakes and making the same mistake repeatedly. All of us are ignorant of something, perhaps many things, but one can choose to learn or to use ignorance as an excuse. I choose to learn.
I believe that if you add all of the above together, you get a true Heartless Bitch.
