Before I start, I just want to say this site is several kinds of awesome and is very addictive. Not that I should be finding other things to spend more internet time on.
I refuse to conform to the stereotypes that abound. I'm a gamer and a geek. I swear, I sing, I write. You could find me having a quiet night in on my own, painting the town red, hanging out with seriously eclectic groups of people, kicking back and just having a gaming session or watching anime.
When things are assumed about me, I make it my mission to prove them wonderfully wrong. There was one time that a colleague was assuming I was a "normal" person, so I took great delight in telling her of my love of the geeky and alternative side of my life.
I'm addicted to music and dancing, to anything and everything. Get me in a club with the metal and I can rock out with the best of them. Get me in a normal club and I'll have an equally awesome time. Generally anyway.
I'll go to the cinema and watch a cheesy comedy, but I'd prefer to see the latest Frank Miller. I refuse to watch girly movies. Suggest rom-com and you get the daggers aimed your way.
I don't put up with fools. I'm honest and frank. I mean what I say and I say what I mean. I've been called a Bitch many times, but that's what I am and I'll revel in it.
One thing I am NOT is a nice girl. Nice is just a... a... nice word! It doesn't describe anything. You speak this language, so use it properly. Call me what you think of me; whether it be crazy, free, evil, fun, "normal" (ha!), twisted, a Bitch, whatever. Don't call me sweet. Don't call me cute, unless I've done something like squee over baby animals (*shame*).
This is my life, I'll live it my way. I don't have to answer to or explain myself to anyone. I never have done before, and I don't intend to start.
