Where to start...

Well, the happiest day of my life was when I truly stopped giving a fuck what anyone thought of me. After many years of being referred to as either a closeted lesbian, a tomboy, a Bitch, a cold ball-buster, etc... I found that true liberation came in the form of just not giving a damn. Hence, I don't.

I play ice-hockey, outrace many men on a road bike, founded my own sports league/business, work for a disaster relief agency, am 32 and happily single, can run electrical wiring in my own house without calling a male counterpart in a panic, kill my own spiders without screaming "eeek", swear like a sailor when irritated, and still look damn fine in a pair of stockings, red lipstick and high heels.

"Pretty girls" bore me, rude men irritate me, and I have on more than one occasion threatened strangers (and coworkers, and supervisors, and relatives) with a swift kick in the crotch when provoked.

Yet at the same time, I believe in compassion, kind-heartedness and have been caught exhibiting moments of tenderness. Anyone have a problem with that? They are free to arrange a meeting between my foot and their ass.
