I decided to ditch the fixer-upper guy and instead look for a fixer-upper house. I realized that my time, money, happiness, and energy should be spent on something that I could at least recover the value of when I was done with it! I don't know where the inner Bitch went there for a while, but she is back and better than ever. No more "nice-girl" going along to get along! I am independent, assertive, strong willed, and not willing to put up with anyone's shit. I don't sugar-coat anything so if you can't handle it go whine to someone else!
