I believe I am a heartless bitch because I live my life by my rules.
I am a highly educated professional in the medical field, I work 60+ hours a week and still have the time for family, friends and hobbies. I wont waste my time on people, men and women included, who are spineless, lazy, and ignorant.
I am what my mother calls "hard on relationships". I believe this is outdated thinking that is weak. I exect and demand a man to be as hard working, and as hard playing as I am and as dedicated to family and that which is important and meaningfull in life as I am, and I am NOT willing to bend the rules to keep him around. I would rather be single than with a sad excuse for a man. My personal dating philosophy... NEXT!
I "play to win" and do not expect help based on my gender. As a hobby I build and race radio controlled cars and trucks. I play all out in the dirt and on the street. This hobby is predominated by men and boys (with their toys), I race against them and a handful of women, taking many first, second and third place trophies, somehow always to the astonishment to many of the boys, but not to the real men. The men respect me and ask for my help with their stuff.
I believe in living one's life to make oneself happy and to take care of what is mine. I take great pride in my work even, and being the best at what I do. Nothing gets in the way of this, I do not care if I pass the popularity contest,or politics in the break room....I care about the job and the people I help every day.
This is why I belong in this membership of outstanding strong, independant, original thinking women. We are one.
