I'm a Heartless Bitch because while I do not mind people unloading, I become unsympathetic when I see them follow the same pattern over and over again. It is difficult to change, but it beats facing the same misery over and over again. I do not want to be drained by trying to help someone who won't help themselves. Been there, done that, I believe it would be foolish to keep that pattern up myself.

I am a Heartless Bitch because I refuse to be in a relationship with someone I feel no attraction or respect to. I have been single my whole life and I do not regret that. Comments about needing a significant other curdle my stomach, and it stamps out any regard for them if it is meant to be a hint for me to do something. I will not play that game. Having a mate is not a measure of success or the definition of being a whole person, and I believe that is cruel to expect another to fulfill one like that.
