I'm a Heartless Bitch because I do not tolerate disparaging remarks, condescending behavior, back-stabbing, or moralistic rants. I am sick and tired of either having to tone down the way I speak to avoid being called annoying, opinionated, or argumentative. At the same time, I am exasperated by people who assume that in order to be intelligent you must be unfeminine or unattractive. The final straw for me for me to apply to become a Heartless Bitch, however, was reading a New York Times article about abstinence clubs at universities, who claim that premarital sex leads to poverty, problems with commitment, and increased risk of depression. What a load of crap.
