I'm not miss, girl, babe, honey, or sweetie. I'm a woman, and an adult one at that, and I demand to be treated as an independent capable human being, not pandered to because I've got ovaries, or handled with kid gloves and told to be nice.

I'm not governed by people's interpretations of what I should be, how I should act, dress, speak or behave, I'm too busy living my life to be 'nice', being a nice quiet doormat is not for me. My body and my sexuality, and I take just as much notice of people who categorize and typify me by my orientation or my bra size as I do dirt on my shoe.

My education is my highest priority, I love educating myself and feel it is my greatest pride. In a male dominated academic setting I hold my own and I never fucking whimper and bat my eyelashes to gain assistance with my reports, I go to the library instead.

On a final note, I also don't suffer the attempts of others to drain my energy/funds/happiness with their needy incessant insecurities and whining... grow a fucking spine, if you need help wiping your bum, try a nurse.
