I’m a Heartless Bitch because I’ve worked from cleaner (in redneck country in the U.K) to being a dietary therapist in the city. In the last twenty years I’ve been on the front lines helping people to lose weight because they were conned into eating processed pap by the patriarchy.

One of my favourite books is ‘Women who run with the Wolves’ by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. My Heartless Bitch comes from my ‘wildish’ nature and if anything comes over my boundaries, like the wolf my instinctive nature does what it has to do. When I found the ‘Heartless Bitches’ website my heart missed a beat, could I have at last found my pack?
