The best way to be a nasty bitch, as you well know, is to do your own
thing and not give a shit what your fat sexist office neighbor thinks
about it. Especially when you get a geek grrl (forgive the 'cute'
misspelling) job. One that replaces theirs. (They get nasty about that.)
That got me called a bitch on a daily basis! Of course, when you have to
deal with daily harassment in the hallways for daring to be a smart
chick with a life, that tends to harden a person pretty fast too. The
best thing I did for myself was simple. I was myself. An
attractive girl, paying her own way in life, who knew how to configure a
Linux server. They hate me for it. And I think it's hilarious. (They
still think I'm a know-nothing. But companies are beating down my door
because I didn't let anyone beat me down.) You may not think this is
sufficiently bitchy, but it's my opinion (and you don't have to agree!)
that you don't have to castrate anyone to be a bitch. I prefer to do it
silently, without expending any energy, just by not listening to their
shit. They never know what hits 'em that way.
Yes! I want to read more from Real Life Heartless Bitches
