My ears weren't designed to listen to anyone's whining. If I want something done, I just do it with tact, diplomacy and without procrastination or hesitation. If someone asks me for my opinion, I give it. If they don't like the answer, I reply with, "If you don't like the answer, then don't ask the question. My honest answer isn't constructed to mold to what you would 'like' to hear." A man once asked me for a commitment.
