I have been visiting your site for more than two or three years now. I like what you represent.

I would like to be able to share with you and become a part of your community rather than just watch from the outside.

For years I have been bitching each time I witness condescending behaviour towards females, or males for that matter, I do think that telling a small boy that "Men don't cry" is a condescending expression.

Real life attitudes, media, business relations that put especially females in a stereotype mould make me sick to my stomach. Each time I hear friends say, "Give it up already. This is how things are." Yes, sometimes they are. No, they shouldn't be at all. Each time I try to take some kind of action about it: e-mail the company involved, discuss it, or if all fails (in my business circle) simply prove them wrong. I was lucky enough to be brought up by a dynamic woman who taught me that I must stand up for what I believe in and that I shouldn't take things lying down.

I believe in taking your life in your own hands and make the best out of it. People in my work environment and acquaintances call me a bitch for that. If that is being a bitch, I say, "Yes, thank you!"
