People look at me strangely when they find out what kind of load I've taken on myself this year in college. They can't seem to understand how I could do everything that I want to do, and still "enjoy" life. I say that if what I'm doing is going to get me somewhere, if what I'm doing is going to improve what I will be years on down the road, then I AM going to enjoy it. They seem to think that because I don't feel the urge to constantly have a significant other like so many of my friends do that I'm strange...I say that I'm just taking care of myself and learning how to make myself happy before I'm willing to share my personality with others. And if that makes me a bitch, heartless or not... well so be it.
