I'm a Heartless Bitch because I do not equate being single to death. The most important person in your life should be yourself, for the simple fact that if you don't love yourself, you can never really love anyone else. I put as much energy into the relationship with myself as I do with others. I'm in tune with my feelings and why I'm feeling a certain way. I forgive myself when I make mistakes, but I also learn from them. Above all, I'm honest with myself.

I also work hard to treat others the way I treat myself. All human beings deserve respect and love, regardless of their faults. However, this does not mean that you have to put up with people who are emotionally draining or make you feel negative about yourself. The most important thing is communication and honesty. And I'm brutally honest, although I do try to be tactful.

I wasn't always a Heartless Bitch. I used to think I needed a man to have any value. I used to beat up on myself and hate myself. But I decided to change myself and work on who I am. I'm thankful everyday that I did. I don't regret anything in my past. Regret is a waste of time because my experiences made me who I am today.
