I'm not a "victim," I don't blame emotion instability on a man, PMS, or
other subliminal pleas for pity or attention. I do, however, maintain
the right to bitch and smoke a cigarette.
I do not have use gossip and
lies as forms of retaliation. Those tactics are tired and yet another
cavity in the mouth of life. Neither do I tolerate it. Before you open
your mouth to speak to me, ask yourself, "Is it true? Is it relevant? Is
it fair?" If not, SHUT UP!
I can not identify with women who complain how all men are "losers" and
insist on ranting on and on about unfaithful partners, but stay in the
relationship anyway. In that case, she's the loser--he's getting the
pussy, and she's making the house payment. Betty Broderick made that
choice and look at her today!
On a different note, this is my life. If
you don't like how I live it, then don't let the door hit you on the way
out! I'm not a die-hard feminist. Instead, I voice my opinion when the
desire is present. Every fight is not MY fight. Many women claim to be
feminists, but it never leaves the cubicle or classroom and they
couldn't tell you how contact a Senator if it saved their lives. My mind
earned me everything I possess, not my skirt and cleavage. (In fact, I
don't think I even own a skirt! Ha!) And I can't say that I within me
lies a pot of patience for underachievers with intentions to reach
success with a tube of lipstick and non-existent panty-lines.
