• The picture can be of anything, so long as HBI-branded products are in the photo, and you aren't using someone else's image without permission.
• Heartless Bitch "Attitude" shots are encouraged. Be outrageous.
• Doctoring with photoshop is allowed, and even encouraged.
• You must have the permission of anyone else in the photograph to submit to us.
• By submitting your picture to us, you agree that we can use your picture on our site, for promotion, or in any way we choose.
• We reserve the right to NOT use your photo if we think it's really lame.
• Men, do NOT take this as an open invitation to send us nude photos of yourself. Remember, we reserve the right to use your photo in ANY WAY we see fit - including making fun of it publicly. If you DO send us a penis shot, make sure it's REALLY BIG, and it's wrapped in a Heartless Bitch T-shirt!
